Hi for my 20% project I a doing asl known as American Sign Language. My goal that I chose to accomplish was to memorize the numbers. And I accomplished it this week. At first it has hard to memorize the numbers but I practiced every day after school and I finally got it. One goal that I want to accomplish next week is to do animals and on their types of things in sign language

Hi my name is Marissa for my 20% project I am doing asl known as American Sign Language. My goal was to memorize the alphabet so I kept trying to memorize it with out looking at the alphabet on my screen I practiced all day at school and at home. Then I told my friend Emily to cover my screen so I can do it without looking and I was able to memorize the alphabet on the second try. So I had achieved that goal that I had made for the first week of sign language. I learned more words in sign language this week like I love you, have a nice day, goodnight and good morning.  Thanks for reading.

Hi my name is Marissa, for my 20% project i am doing sign language. My first goal to memorize the Alphabet, so since i go the goal done i wanted to learn more about sign language so i learned how to say more, all done, mad, sad,hungry and more! To not forget the things i have learned I practiced every day to not forget them so now i remember some of the things I’ve learned the first week for learning. Now i want to learn how to do sentences and more so i can communicate with people who use sign language. Learning sign language is fun to do but it can be a bit hard at first. This week I haven’t had any struggles at all with learning sign language. Choosing to do sign language for my 20% project was really fun. Thank you for reading, see you need week!!

The room in my house that is my favorite is my room. Why my favorite room is mine is because it’s my safe place. I like my room because it have a soft bed and led lights with soft blankets. My room is always warm but sometimes fresh in side of my room. Another reason is because I have snacks underneath my bed for no one takes my food. And it is clean and has a lot of space so i can up a lot of things in my room

My friends and I had went to Knotts berry farm last week to just hang out. Once we got to Knotts we were deciding what rides to go on first. My friend JenCarlos said “let’s go on hang time first” so I said okay and we went on hang time we both went in the front of the roller coaster and it was More exciting to be in the front but as we got to the drop he said “Marissa I how dare you make me go on this ride!” And I said you chose to go on it not me then we drop down I screamed because I didn’t realize we were going down next we ate and we on more rides after that the last ride we went on was supreme scream. When we went on it both of are stomachs dropped and we both screamed and when it dropped down his shoe went flying off the end

There are so many people I would want to invite to dinner, but these are my top three: Alicia, Jayla and Emily .  I would pick them because they I love to hang out with the all the time. One reason why I would pick them is because it would be fun to have dinner with my friends.

If I could have any job in the entire world, it would be mental health therapist. Why I would pick to be a metal health therapist is because I would like to help kids get through with ever they are going through in life. And have they open up to me about their live and how it’s going. I would also love to see if they do drugs to help they with pain they have, thinking it takes the pain away and help them stop doing drugs because it’s not good for your health. I would also like to help with peoples struggles in life.

The possibility are endless when you are invisible for twenty-four hours! First I would do is go to the store and get food for me to eat like chips ice cream candy and other snacks. Than I would go home eat everything and go bother people since they can’t see me.

The girl in the locked room.

This month I read a book called the girl in the locked room by Mary Downing Hahn. A young girl is locked in a room and it was an abandoned house she didn’t know about or how she got there but she’s been locked in that room for years. Why I liked the book is because of how interesting it is first I think it’s interesting by, how it gives so much detail and  information about the girl in the locked room. My favorite character is Jules because she helped Lilly(the girl in the locked room) to help her find her mom or any family she might have.

Life on an abandoned island is perfect! It’s perfect cause I can  be alone in peace without having to be yelled at everyday by my parents. I can also be away from my siblings and other family members that annoy me. I appeared on the island by a crashing helicopter and I flew out while it was crashing and fell on top of a Palm tree. My everyday routine at the island is to find things to eat and find food sources to live
